Mission: Sabotage the ferris wheel

Slim Chutney:

Wears a brown suit. Chomps a cigar. Bald and hugely corpulent. 

Voluminous jowls and cheeks make his voice sound like gravel in a sack of pudding.

Sits at his desk in his wood-paneled office. Walls lined with framed awards, commendations, old photos of razzias. Only one chair—his.

Like all Hunters, hates the Whores and the Freaks. Also hates the Happies. Constantly insults and threatens PCs in these factions.

Really hates the Happies, though. No one should be that goddamn happy all the time.*

Having a shitty day. Wants the PCs to make it better by blowing up the iconic ferris wheel at Fun-Fun! Playland in Joytown. Wants it to be a spectacle. Wants to see the carnage on the evening news. The more dead Happies, the better.

Provides admission tickets to Fun-Fun! Playland and blocks of C-4—one for each PC.

Now get the fuck out of his office.
